Dreher Olympics
Saturday was the 3rd Annual Dreher Olympics!
Every year my friend Travis plans an amazing party, splits us onto teams and has events that we all compete in.
This year I was on "Team Home" with a few of our other friends from the Litchfield Hills.
First even was classic, the potato sack race
Tom came so close....
Next event was tug-of-war, luckily I had three guys on my team who do some sort of construction for a living
a jello pit to fall into
next travis got on the roof and threw sponges at teams who get points/sponge
the special bonus round is when you send only one team member and they all get thrown down at once- Tom went for one team and decided a dress might help!
Then came the funniest event of all....the plunger race....
it was kinda hard for the boys...
Next event was in the pool! Teammates use string to pull a person around to collect balls!
The last event you have to run down the slip-n-slide fill up a shot glass and run back up and dumb it into a pint glass!
Team Home came in 3rd...but it's ok b/c it was just so fun!
