3) We do get sun through them. It makes some nice lighting effects on the opposite walls. The whole bathroom is done in a blue scheme now.
I haven't actually gone outside to look from that side. I kinda did this as a buffer between us and the neighbors but the window is not really at their eye level anyways. I might have to go outside and look now. My curiosity is peaked.
