Tubemill running
This machine has been both the neatest thing I've ever operated and the bane of my existence.

Here you see it properly turning a 3.88 inch wide coil of 14 gauge steel into 1.25 inch tubing, and automatically cutting it into 20 foot lenghts.

You don't get to see when it pushes tubing up through the coolant trough or when the cutoff goes off the deep end and decides to give you 4 inch long pieces as fast as it can cut. I don't have vidoe of that, and it would require severe audio editing if i did.

1) No way dude. That thing is awesome! I have a sudden desire to make something out of a thousand metal tubes. Is that stuff used as electrical conduit? Looks about the same size anyway.

3) This is heavier than EMT by about .030". This size and gauge is widely used in agricurtural applications such as continuous fence panels (which we also make and sell), feed bunks, etc. And we have figured out how to make lots of stuff out of round tubes.

indeed, it's pretty cool, but there was a LOT of totally uncool things between buying this unit and making straight tubing.
