For emergency asbestos removal the rack was winched up into the ceiling. In the process the main power line to the router was disconnected. The question, "What have you changed recently?" would have been a good one to ask.
2) It always amazes me how people won't think to mention that fact in the first place but it happens. Even as obvious as moving the computer box from one side of the room to the other. If you don't ask "have you don't anything to change it recently?" they don't seem to think that is an obvious thing to relate when asking for help. :)
