2) Taiwan was a very special trip. There were things that we really liked and then there were a lot of disappointments. The guy at our hostel told us this was the worst time to visit Taiwan (Lunar New Year) because everything is closed. Our guide book had a lot of temples shown on the map but for various reasons, we were let down. This one was closed, two where being renovated, and I think some others were so tiny that we felt bad about doing the whole tourist thing while people are trying to worship. This particular temple was one of the first that we could see from a distance but it was closed. The others were crammed between other buildings. Lee and Nicki   Tuesday, February 10, 2009

3) Maybe you can visit again some time when things are more available and you know the lay of the land so you can hit the spots you would like more quickly. The park was a very nice place--hopefully that wasn't a disappointment. LGrant   Tuesday, February 10, 2009
