Buddha Gets A Furry Hat

I got home from work a little early today and got to enjoy the quiet of the garden. All of a sudden I spotted a little furry friend sitting on Buddha.

I couldn't believe how close he let me get to him.

Finally I gave him a bowl of sunflower seeds and now we are BFF.

2) Beware of your flowers disappearing!! We have several chipmunks and even though they are cute and photogenic, they do occasional damage to flowers and plants.

I sent a link to some friends who have a resident chipmunk named Chipper. I'm sure they are destructive like so many rodents--but still fun to watch. :)

5) I held one once after saving it from my dad's cat. He ran up and stood between my feet to watch the cat. Then he climbed right up and sat on my shoulder. It was CRAZY! My dad got me some gloves so I could pick him up without being afraid of bites. He was really cute too. Great Pictures!
