ChinaCalling Friday, August 1, 20082) She has good taste--nothing better! My friends in MN do theirs in the pressure cooker and it really turns out nice and has a lot more flavor than boiled. They say the best way to eat corn on the cob is to take the boiling water to the edge of the corn field and run in and pick it and boil it right there to achieve maximum sugar since it starts turning to starch as soon as it is picked.
