Support the Cause
This coming Saturday, my family and friends and I are going to walk/run in the Run for Your Life Parkinson's event sponsored by the Great Harvest Bread Co. in Charlotte, NC. We did it last year and it was a gorgeous day! This year should be the same. Denny and Niki found out about this event and got us involved. They are very motivated and supportive of my Parkinson's Disease. If you can join us that would be great, or if you have a PD benefit in your area, get out and walk/run and support. If you just want to donate, the PDF is the way. Thanks to Denny, Niki, Dylan, Kitch, Grant, Tyler and Dennis for all you do to support me and keep me laughing. Love, MOM/GIGI

1) Have a beautiful day and I hope the walk is tremendously successful.
2) Good luck!
3) Can't wait!
4) Hope your day is as gorgeous as it was last year. I know it was a special day for all of you. I'll be thinking about you and wishing you a fun and positive day with the family. Hope the support helps the cause find a cure for everyone.
5) Thanks for the support and the positive comments. It was a gorgeous day. Dylan had a blast and was so funny doing her cheerleading sign and her hair flapping in the breeze. Patty, Doug and Logan get the award for getting up the earliest and coming the fartherest. Patty ran the 5K as well as Logan. Doug was supportive in the 1K with Dennis. Tyler and me, My "kids" showed off and ran the 5K and then joined us for a cool down, 1K walk. Denny also supported me in the 1K walk. Niki, Grant and Kitch ran the 5K and did the cool down walk. It was a fun effort and the bread was delicious. The Melting Pot chocolate strawberries were a real hit, too. Join us next year!
