I am trying to capture the effects of the color of the porch next to the Woodlawn Blue, I want to take a vote for color suggestions. This is the inside wall next to the den doorway. My decorator friend suggested yet another color for this wall, possibly a neutral .

1) i like bright, unusual colors in beach houses! (if you want to make the ocean "pop" what are the complimentary colors of the ocean? yellow? red? variation of those hues?)

2) I think the Woodlawn Blue is heavenly - just the right shade of blue - and I"m with Hayley on the complimentary color; maybe very, very light yellow or a soft hue of peach? You could always put a couple different choices (yellow or peach or a sandy-colored tone) up around each window and live with them there for awhile to see what you think. So many options...
