Ha, that's awesome. I was by that area on lunch break and traffic was crazy slow. Looked like there were 2 lanes closed ahead, so we took an alt route. I said "they always close 2 lanes, and then you get up there and there's nobody working on anything, and usually there's not even any large holes in the road or anything." Guess this time they should have gone ahead and closed the whole street.
