Allow Me to Blow Your MindAbout a year ago I tried a culinary experiment that went horribly wrong. I still lay awake at night wondering why Smarties don't make a good coffee sweetener. It doesn't add up.
After watching the finale of Top Chef Masters last week, I found inspiration to dust off my old chef's hat and give the art of food combination another try.
This time I nailed it.
I call my recipe Type II.
First step: Begin with a bag of pretzels.
Second step: Apply liberal amounts of vanilla frosting.
Final step: Enjoy a wild ride on the Epicurean Express.
This recipe works for equally well for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner.
