Mom? Mom? Mom?

Kyle: Mom?
Me: What?
Kyle: Mom?
Me: What?
Kyle: Mom?
Me: WHAT?
Kyle: I love you.
Me: I love you too.
Kyle: I love you more that you could ever love me.

You just gotta love that!

1) That's very sweet but impossible. I never realized such love existed until my daughter was born. I don't think a child will ever quite grasp how much they are loved until they, themselves, become parents.

2) Aw, so cute. Great blog. Kids are the best. Ethan will sometimes tell Courtney "Thank you mommy. Thank you for everything." Such nice kids.

5) I used to call for my mom when I was little. I would spend so long calling for her (and my issue was probably so insignificant), that by the time she finally said "WHAT?", I forgot what I was calling for, so my reply was always, "I love you".

I hope I have a forgetful daughter one day. :)

7) That is too sweet...bless his heart. Mine are similar. Galvin will say, "Momma? You are the apple of my eye, Momma. I love 'ju, Momma." So far, Gwendolyn only lays her head on me and says, "Ahhhhhhh..." while patting me with her hand. I love being The Momma.

9) All I could think about when he said that is "you have no idea how much I love you!"

10) Haley I suggest you go for a boy and a girl. My Bubba always wants his momma and we go back and forth with "I love you", "I love you more" all day. Lil Mama? All she has to say is " I Daddies Gurl". Nothing for me, just for him. One day she will see what side her bread is buttered on...right about the time she wants to go on a date.

11) Very sweet. We get, from the 6yo, "I love you to the sun and back." or "I love you to the end of the galaxy and back." And from the 3yo, "I love you 100." (100 being the biggest thing -- of any type -- that he can even vaguely grasp at this point.)

12) Of course, 100 was once the biggest number for us all :-)
That's cute.
