Baby Nichols Ultrasound We had an ultrasound today. I'm 22 weeks and 6 days.
The ultrasound tech said our baby was being shy, hard to get any shots of it's face. At one point he/she threw both hands down and covered up the "gender region". So, I guess our baby is in agreement that we should wait to find out the sex.
It was great to see our child looking like a real baby (not a gummy bear anymore) and to watch them move around.
Here is the baby's head.
The spine and ribs.
His or her fist.
Full leg... femur on the right extending down to the knee, calf and foot.
And the only 3D image that she could get, the baby's body, knee and elbow.
Guess we'll have to wait to find out the gender and what he or she's going to look like until August.
can't wait to meet her/him!
