Welcome to Illinois
I've lived in Illinois since November.....moved here just as the weather made a turn for the worst. It's not like I moved from Florida....I'm from Connecticut...a land of heavy snow storms, cold weather, and long winters.
However I'm not sure what I make of this Central Illinois weather of late. Sunday...72 degrees...Monday....in the 30's....Tuesday...Snow.
Note to people who watch TV: Trying to speak while standing outside for awhile in front of a camera with snow, wind, and sleet in your face is not as easy as it looks.
I had to learn the hard way.
Maybe Weds it will be 85 and we can all drink pena coladas. Wishful thinking! Still looking to take that first ride on my bike. Test out that trail to Chatham I've heard so much about.
