I'm an Astronaut

Today I was able to do my first live shot using the Satellite truck. Very exciting.

TV 101:

There are two ways for my face to be plastered on your television live from the field. One way uses a microwave truck....which is much like a radio signal. You must be within reach of a transmitter (ours is in the shape of a 2,000 ft tower in mechanicsburg).

This can produce...like the radio a bad signal.

The other way is a the glorious Satellite shot. This beams the shot to outer space...then back to your station on earth and out to the public.

Today I was beamed to Space from our brand spanking new Sat truck. It got me wondering... wondered what happened to me up there. I wondered how I liked it. What it felt like. And then I wonder how it felt to be shot right back down to earth at the speed of light.

Things to do in life:
Go to space......check.

2) Like Dr. McCoy, you don't like having your molecules scrambled all over space? Or maybe you do--sounds like you enjoyed it. :)

6) I had the same thought as Mrs. Shoe and that Limey guy. Have you checked to be sure you are the same size as when you started?
