Visit to Mom's

This weekend I visited my mom in Springfield. On Saturday, we had a lovely cookout in the backyard and we were joined by Carrie M. (and her Brian) and the Heinzels!

It was a fantastic time. I got to sing songs with Ethan and Mia, play with dogs, eat good food, and catch up with friends.

These are the things in life I am thankful for.

Super cute! We had a good time. And clearly our children were very comfortable there. It's not every day they'll come to an unfamiliar house and just leave us to go color.
