Things that make me happy
No... not Carlton Banks.
On my drive home, I get to drive by this house in the middle of the city that looks out of place, but it such a breath of fresh air to me.
Surrounded by concrete and buildings and cars, there are chickens.
This cute little house on the corner has a pretty pond and a hen house, and since the weather has gotten warmer, the chickens are all OVER the place!
I love it.
It makes me smile every day.
You can't tell from the photo, but behind me is a HUGE parking lot where the local mega-church is housed. and to the right and to the left are big apartment complexes.

Oh my goodness, I almost peed... yes, I was that excited! I wonder if Ava would enjoy that concert.... what a great birthday present for a 3yo that would be.
