There Will Be Fishing
In spite of the weather being rather anti-spring today (it seems like Louisville is resisting Spring with all it's strength), Robbie and I decided to head to the local sporting goods store for some Pre-Spring Celebratory Shopping.

We browsed the fishing section, which was good times.

I tried on some serious gear. I think I look pretty legit, like I have done some serious fishing in my day. All I need is a few colorful fly lures stuck sporadically to my clothing, and I can run with the best of 'em.

I really did buy a sweet pair of Nike creek pants on clearance for only 15 bucks, but our primary objective was to get our fishing licences. I am totally excited for this year. Fishing is open all year round, so I hope Robbie and I can get some quality trips in.

The fishing is one of the reasons we chose Kentucky as a place to move after we left Florida (apparently it's the furthest south you can get and still have a chance to fish for muskie). It will be good to get some more freshwater fishing under my belt.
Maybe this year, I will actually catch something.
