We ended our Mother's Day weekend at mass at Cathedral downtown. The good folks at Cathedral are taking on the HUGE task of restoring the interior of this historic church. They are still raising funds for the project now, but they had the restoration crew come in and restore a portion of the building to show what a HUGE difference it makes.
I was totally amazed!
Did they allow smoking in that church until recently? That's quite a difference.
I could do with some of whatever they use for my bathroom.
Man, that church is so pretty- it's going to be amazing when they restore the whole thing!!
