We've Been Spoiled March is always an unpredictable month around here. Sometimes it's warm and sometimes it's bone chilling. Oftentimes, it can vary from day to day. This past week has been fantastic. Our temperatures have regularly hit the upper 60s. In fact, when I've left for lunch during the week, my car has been too hot inside. I've had to roll down the windows and even turn on the fans. I'll admit that I adapted well. I've enjoyed being able to grab a book and have lunch in a local park without a jacket. I won't say it felt like summer, but it was very close.
But, is winter back?
During the week, most weather reports indicated that we can expect rapidly dropping temperatures mixed with rain and snow. Yes, snow. I guess we're not out the woods yet. Last night, the temperature dropped quickly and the wind picked up. When I woke up this morning, the ground appeared wet and the wind seemed heavy. I guess our shovels need to stick around for a while longer. No sign of snow at the moment.
