Logos in Outlook signature blocks
Every once in a while my project list picks up a random task. Since I have worked in several marketing departments, we often receive requests that blur the line between marketing and IT. Generally, that's not a problem. This time I need some assistance.
A recent suggestion was to create a consistent signature block for our employees which includes the company logo. It's easy enough to insert a logo into Outlook's signature block, but oftentimes, that logo will appear as an attachment in our clients' inboxes. One of the issues I am facing is that some of our staff uses Outlook 2007, but most are still using 2003.
Does anyone have a solution to remedy this problem?

I decided a few months ago that my company, too, needed unified signatures. I wanted to put a logo, but it comes up as an attachment. There is no way to avoid it - even if you figure out how to make it appear automatically in Outlook, it maybe appear as an attachment by other email servers...like Gmail.
I work with many soft/hardware engineers...this was confirmed.

I haven't tried to unify our signatures or anything, but one thought I have is to make sure everyone is composing as HTML and have them include the company logo via the tag. No idea is that'll work. If it DOES work, then if the logo gets tweaked or redesigned, you just replace that image on the server.
