Bring in the 104-year-old
On The Score today, Boers and Bernstein interviewed 104-year-old Cubs fan, Leo Hildebrand. He wants to throw out a first pitch at a Cubs playoff game. Sure, but so does every other Cubs fan. This guy was 4-years-old when the Cubs won the World Series last. He's 33 years older than John McCain. I say let him do it.
Here's the story.

1) Let John McCain when he is 104--that's fair!
2) I think that these "first pitches" should really be the first pitch in the game. That way they might actually put some effort into it and it would give the away team one shot for a starter.
3) The honor should go to someone who deserves it-making it to 104 is uite an accomplishment-he gets my vote.
4) Just imagine having a pitch lined back at a 104-year-old on the mound.
5) This guy probably remembers when the American league was founded and celebrated by scoring free booze on Sundays.
6) The 104 year old gets my vote. He's earned it!
