And the winner is...
Kyle Orton?
Yes, the Chicago Bears held a press conference this afternoon to announce that Kyle Orton will be the starting quarterback for the Bears during their season opener on September 7 against the Indianapolis Colts. After years of Head Coach Lovie Smith stating, "Rex is our quarterback," Grossman was finally designated as the number two quarterback.
I am thrilled that the Cubs and White Sox are doing so well. They could potentially ease the pain of watching the Bears season through October.
