Magic Number: 24
Sorry Brewers fans.
The Cubs needed the late St. Louis rally against Milwaukee last night. With their victory in Pittsburgh mixed with the Cardinals win, the Cubs were able to drop their Magic Number by two on Wednesday.
Not to jump ahead, but I am looking for a mid-September division clincher for the Cubs. Susan and I have tickets to the Brewers/Cubs game at Wrigley Field on Tuesday, September 16. I would love to see them clinch that night in person. The rosters are set to expand in a few days, so the sooner we can wrap up the division the better.

1) That would be cool to be there in person when (not if) they clinch. Of course, it's always better if it happens in Chicago. But I'll take a NLDS win anyway I can get it.
