MLB 2022 Game 19: Reds vs. Cubs
After a days of not catching any live baseball games, I'm headed back to Wrigley Field this evening. Both the Cincinnati Reds (53-79, .402) and Chicago Cubs (56-78, .418) are well of the pace in the NL Central and wild card standings, and the two teams are simply counting down the days until elimination.
Tonight, the Reds will send 26-year-old Justin Dunn (1-2, 4.63 ERA) to the mound. The Cubs will counter with 35-year-old Wade Miley (1-0, 2.84 ERA).
Fun Fact: The last time I saw the Reds play the Cubs at Wrigley Field was on September 14, 2018. Ian Happ's three-run homer in the bottom of the seventh inning gave the Cubs a 3-2 win.
