The New LED Board

No, I didn't get a chance to attend the Chicago Cubs' home opener against the Washington Nationals today. Back in January, I posted a blog about a new 75-foot LED board that the Cubs planned to install in the right field bleachers. Today, it made it's regular season debut.

For years, I've been an advocate for change at Wrigley Field. I've read some disappointed comments that fans posted about the board. Things like: the Cubs don't respect tradition, or now Wrigley Field looks like every other baseball park. While I've only seen it on television and in photos, I think it looks great.

Nice job, Cubs. Keep up the good renovation work.
