For example…Before Kris Bryant scored in the first inning of Game Two, the last Cubs player to score in a World Series game was Peanuts Lowrey. Lowery scored in the bottom of the eighth inning during Game Seven of the 1945 World Series against the Detroit Tigers. A total of 25,950 days passed between those two runs.
