My wonderful boyfriend, Brian, had to leave to go to Pittsburg this morning for work- he will be there for 10 days. Last night we went to a Cardinal’s game, I bought him his ticket for a Christmas present. We had seats at Homer’s landing which included a little buffet of hotdogs, brats, and nachos. It also included all you can drink soda, water and beer. Our seats were at a bar type thing that we could eat and watch the game at the same time. It was well worth the price, it was also awesome when it rained- we had a roof over our heads so we didn’t have to run for cover. We had so much fun at the game. Brian is so much fun to hang out with. We danced little jigs in our seats to songs, and acted like we were 15 years old, it’s nice to be with someone that you can laugh and enjoy life with. The whole night I was so congested that I couldn’t breathe out of my nose, I was going insane blowing my nose. I really didn’t want to be sick the night before he left for his trip, but I really didn’t have a choice about it. I just keep thinking about when he comes back home. I’ve booked a room at the Tara Point Inn in Grafton, IL; we have a Riverside view from our room. If you’ve been to Grafton you will know the place I’m talking about, it’s the gorgeous Inn on the bluffs overlooking the river. I can’t wait, we are going to go hiking and just hang out together. I already can’t wait until he comes home, I miss him already.
