Where is my activation email?
On occasion email providers think mail from Humzoo is SPAM. The nerve! If you don't receive an activation email within 24-hours of signing up for an account please let us know.
Forgot your username?
When you signed up for an account you should have received an email with the subject line "Welcome to Humzoo!" that had your username included. Check through your email and let us know if you can't find it.
Forgot your password?
You can easily reset your password on our Forgot Password page.
How do I get a cool avatar too?
It's easy! Click the Account link at the top of the page (you must be logged in). In the Profile section you'll see a place to upload an avatar. What are you waiting for?
Is my video ready yet?
Videos can sometimes take a little while to convert for Humzoo use. On occasion we receive a video format we don't yet support. If your video still says processing after an hour please let us know so we can look into it. We're still tweaking things.
