Ok, maybe I will put a caption on one. Look at the background. It's so smooth - very nice. My other lens can't get the background this out of focus. I was able to do that with this lens by basically forcing the aperture to be wide open, even past where it would be at 1.8. There is a super, super shallow focal plane, but it's fun for some artsy test photos.2 Comments
1) Focal plane maybe won't be so shallow if you can get an adaptor to fit it exactly to your body. (I mean the camera's body, not YOUR body....silly!)

2) Not that you care and not to sound like a camera smarty, but that smoothness is called Bokeh and some lens have better Bokeh than others. All depends on the shape of the lens aperture blades. Remind me to show you a 28 1.8 that I have that is gorgeous at 1.8.
