Here's another stereograph like I had yesterday. If you have a hard time seeing these in 3D, try holding up a piece of paper that goes all the way from your nose to the middle of these two images (vertically). This will let each of your eyes only see one image at a time, and if you look "through" the monitor (as if your eyes were focused on something far away), the images should merge into one image that looks 3D. It will be blurry as hell at first, but if you keep looking at it long enough, it should be visible in perfect focus.
There's another method that involves crossing your eyes, where your right eye ends up seeing the left image. The piece of paper doesn't work with this method, and I find that it's much harder. I didn't get this down until just in the past couple months, but I'm able to focus on the image a lot quicker this way.
I read that some people are dominant in one eye and have a very hard time seeing these. Also all apologies to any of my readers who may be wearing an eye patch or only have one eye. I realize this is very cruel and unusual. Thank you.
Forgot to mention - if you DO use the cross-eyed method, the images are backwards. It will work a lot better with this version, which has the images switched:

Clearly I am missing the point. What is the point?
I'm gonna play the dominant eye card....As soon as I get my 20 second sporadic wireless connection back.
The point is that if you trick your eyes into looking at it just right, it looks totally 3D. And I don't mean just a little blurry image of my office - I mean it's totally like you're looking at a miniature 3D room or something. Once it 'locks' into your sight, it's pretty cool. It's like that iMax NASCAR movie we saw a long time ago, only not as big. And without the funny glasses.
Also I'm coming to the bedroom now to tickle your feet.
I will kick you.
I couldn't get the photos to become "one" but it was close. Your computer (in the pic) seemed the closest to me then I realized I needed to uncross my eyes. My step mom warned me about that a long time ago.
Okay, so I tried the cross-eyed method and ended up seeing three images. The left and right images were blurry, but the one in the middle was clear. It still didn't look 3D though. Just like a normal picture. I am inadequate. WHY, GOD, WHY?!
Don't fall for his japes....they're just a couple of very similar pictures butted up together. :-)
Why do I have a feeling you have little webcams built into Humzoo and are recording everyone trying to look at these dang images for future YouTube hilarity. I'm on to you man
Omigosh, speaking of webcams, you've got to see this!!! There is a website where you can go and see an eagle and its baby in their nest - live! Go to: http://www.wvec.com/cams/eagle.html
Very cool!!!! I don't know how they do it!!
Cool webcam mom! I saw one like that awhile ago, and it was really cool following along with the baby eagle. Eventually the baby grew up and left the nest, and someone did a short documentary on the whole thing. Here's a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FH3jU_o0i88
That's very funny, Dave. And then you magically make the comment disappear after I've been subjected to Rick A. Boy, if the world only knew what kind of a son you are!!!!!!! That was hilllllllllllarious.
Well ain't that grand, I didn't click on the link that Dave's mom posted in fear of a Rick Roll, but stupidly clicked on Dave's thinking it was genuine.
Justin, did you get Rick Rolled????!!!
