This car is in a vacant lot behind an abandoned auto dealership on Springfield's south side, right by my new office. It's pretty sweet, I know. I'm trying to make an offer on it, but I don't know who to make the offer to. I usually just leave post-it notes on the car like "$50, call Dave," but so far no nibbles. Dang dudes!

Maybe your post-it notes are blowing away. You should probably just spray paint your offer directly on the car.

Joes metro was in about this shape and it ran fine, all it needs is a $13 part and its taken care of, call NAPA now.
