Our local McDonalds have started using this new drive-thru system. Basically there are two places to order, and immediately after ordering, both lines merge into a single line. Works fine, unless there's more than one car. It's really a complete disaster. It's even worse when they have an "Any Lane, Any Time" sign and then close a lane. WTF McDonalds?!? This concept will never work. The bottlebeck is at the windows. Get it right, or I will be forced to wait in line longer and silently grumble while refusing to actually do anything about my misplaced anger. But one day, I'll write about it on the internet. That'll show you.

Ok, so you can end up getting someone else's order? This is messed up. If I don't get my egg, cheese & bacon bagel-I would be pissed. They don't even have this in Oakbrook, IL-the headquarters of McDonald's!

Yeah this system doesn't work. The last time we went there, they forgot our fries. When Dave went back to get them, another woman was in front of him saying- "I just went though the drive thru & the ticket is right, but nothing in the bag is."

Are you freaking KIDDING me?

Look at what happened to MY car at this drive through:

Yeah, it's a system created by civil engineering drop outs.

Dude that is so lame.

Checkers/Rally's is the only place that has gotten the double-drive-thru concept to work, and their food is SICK!

Yeah, we rarely go to McDs anymore...it used to be a place FOR kids, now it's RUN by kids. And the issue isn't at the drive-thru window; it's with the management.
