I hurt my thumb during a sledding trip to Pasfield Park. I thought I just overextended it a little or something, but no way did I think it was broken. After we got home, I checked it out a bit more to find that it was oddly shaped (as it looks in this photo). The little bump on the top was pretty hard and felt totally like a bone trying to poke out of there. I swear it seemed to move on its own too, and I was sure at that point that it was broken.

JimTheLimey Sunday, January 25, 20092) That's what happened to my thumb in October! I was at a friend's house and I was tackled by three guys. My thumb started hurting and it turned hard and purple. It turned out I had fractured it. I couldn't play in IMEA. =( Kathleen Monday, March 2, 2009
