See You Next FallA group of District 186 students, along with myself and Steve Minch, made this movie for the Apple Insomnia Film Festival. Apple ended up canceling the contest, but we made the movie anyway. We had so much fun making it that we decided to make a student film club, to meet weekly and keep producing movies throughout the school year. I'm sure you'll be hearing a lot more about that soon.
I'm super proud of the kids for everything they did to make this movie. I was lucky to work with such a talented and dedicated group of kids, and I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

Technical question: the panning from the leaves to the black and white shot of the kids running. Was that masking or two shots (one using a green screen)? Looked awesome.

9) After Nino came to in the alley, he then sees a bunch of posters with his picture on them and then jogs by a car with a picture poster on the windshield - the next scene shows him with his picture plastered across the whole side of a building in the background.
