My brother Grant and I bought an old 22 foot South Coast sailboat for $400. It was in no condition to sail but we had faith that we could bring it back to life. Here is the initial walk through of the boat in it's purchased condition. Subsequent renovation videos to follow.

1) Already can tell a lot of improvement from the pressure wash and wood repairs and restoration. Hope Dylan likes her "bunk" you indicted! Looks a little closed in to me!
