random child things
I let Gareth skip gymnastics today. He is still recovering from his three-day fever virus thing. And school in and of itself takes quite a lot out of him. Plus, I had ulterior motives. I wanted to get some other stuff done this afternoon. Lexi, our babysitter, was here. And Jonas does SO much better without me when Gareth is here too. Also, I am hoping he (Gareth) will start swimming lessons tomorrow. And I thought maybe he'd be more ready if he took it easy today.
Which reminds me that I'm thrilled that I've finally found a place that has swim lesson how I want them, which is twice a week in the afternoon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Yea!! And we've taken lessons there before. It's a small pool with small classes. And I think that Gareth is more ready now than he's ever been.
And I turned in Jonas' forms for preschool today. Do you have any idea how thrilling that was for me???? I am giddy with anticipation.
Lastly, and not kid-related. I got a new inhaler today. I am hoping it will help me breathe normally again.
