i feel bad for my cat
My cat broke her leg when she was 4 months old. Because of that she can't jump very well (as in, getting onto the couch can be difficult), and she can't scratch her head very well. Tonight after she sat down beside me, I was petting her. I noticed as I rubbed her ear a bit her hind leg started to make the scratching motion. Unfortunately, I cannot get to exactly where she wants without sticking my finger at least inside the edge of her ear. And I'm sorry, but it's too sticky, icky, and gross. I just can't do it. I tried to fold her ear over and rub, but it just didn't do the trick. I think she is going to have to suffer through this itch that I cannot scratch.

1) Shouldn't be sticky and icky-does she have ear mites? Try swabbing gently with a qtip-if is black and tarry lookingyou may need to call the vet.We have 5 -3- of them live inside and they are bed hogs:>
