I want

I have been talking to Gareth, who is 6, about choosing some (one or two) chores that he will be responsible for. I even said maybe we could work out an allowance and that we could set up a chart. Today he was helping me water the indoor plants. I said, maybe watering plants can be your chore. And he said, "Yeah, and I want a G for Good Job!" I was expecting... I want a quarter or a dollar. But for now, if he's happy with a G, so am I!
