SO bummed. One of my favorite WW recipes has been removed from the 'net. I had the Cabbage Apple Pecan salad bookmarked. And it's gone. I'll remember to print out recipes for future reference.

1) You could search archive.org. Check out their wayback machine.

2) Good idea. I hadn't heard of it. And it does have some of the recipes from the site, but not the one I want. =(

3) Do you remember the site at all? Or any part of the recipe? I'm willing to dig for one but I need more details from you. What was unique about it?

4) It had cabbage and apples and pecans (Can you tell from the name? Ha ha.) It was WW, so I don't think it had any mayo. I think it had some kind of cider vinaigrette. I don't remember much more; it's been a while since I made it. Sorry I'm not more helpful. I only ever found it on the one site: http://weightwatchers-recipes.blogspot.com/2008/01/weig...

I found this mess as a blurb for your missing recipe. Does it help?

6) Sounds good. I saw a lot of recipes w/ dried cranberries, and although I like them I just didn't want them in this particular salad. But this one says optional. Is beetroot the same as beet? If so, I'll be leaving that out too. It's one veggie I actively dislike.

7) I'm not a big fan of beets either. I try but they just don't do it for me. I would guess beetroot is a beet but I'm not sure. I'd feel you could leave it out. I saw one other that was a coleslaw recipe that sounds pretty similar at Recipezaar. I'll put that link here too. Maybe one will get close.

Second loaf of bread for the week is baking. Mmmm... And some bananas are over-ripening....

1) Now that my house is seriously warm the bananas are going crazy. I think they ripen an hour after I get them home. I bought a bunch so green they glowed and they are already yellow from buying them last night. I figured I'd make a couple of loaves of the banana banana bread since it uses so many (around 6) and freeze those for a needed treat in the future.
