2) Oh, it's just one of our customers. Says he's unhappy and that we've cost him 3 days of lost work. He doesn't want to trouble shoot he just wants his money back. And he was rude and a jerk. But the only order we have is from last June. Really???? What company will give you your money back on software after you've been using it for 6 months and you won't even give constructive feedback. He's just being an ass.

3) Unfortunately some people seem to think that is the way to get results. Even more unfortunately some companies let these people keep doing it by screaming so they are like little brats who have learned that screaming gets you your way so you scream longer and louder each time. He doesn't sound like that great of a customer with only one purchase last June--maybe he isn't worth dealing with.

4) Most definitely. We'd rather give them their money back and have them go away than have those types of people as customers.
