Dinner?
Dinner?
Need ideas for dinner tonight. I took a 'mental health' day to get caught up on house work. I am also going to make Mrs. Shoo dinner, but she's said no to home made pizza, and spaghetti is out of the question.
I'd like to do something on the grill, so Humzoo any suggestions?
Top 5 favorite grilled eats...
5) Pork Tenderloin
4) Seasoned asparagus and peppers
3) Ribeyes
2) Dry-rubbed turkey breasts
1) SALMON!!!
Does she like any other fish besides salmon? There's a ginger-teryaki marinade that is good for salmon; I find the two separately in the store and mix them. It's yummy!
While I do enjoy salmon, I also like a few others ONLY grilled: tuna, swordfish, mako shark and mahi-mahi. We got some beautiful tuna steaks from Sam's Club yesterday that we're grilling tonight, as well as some zucchini, peppers and onions in the grill bowl. We'll probably have a salad with that and some wine...I'm hungry, now!!
Good luck with yours!!
PS. Do you do your seasoned asparagus and peppers on the grill??
@Angi....
Yep. If it's between March and October, dinner is usually on the grill (weather permitting). Grilled asparagus is awesome.
bbq grilled chix salad.
(for the dressing mix ranch with bbq sauce about half and half to taste)

Mmmmmm. Salmon.......Teriyaki + Salmon = YUMMY!
KABOBS-FRESH MUSHROOMS, SHRIMP, ONION, CHERRY TOMATOES ETC. GRILLED CABBAGE SEASONED WITH BUTER AND SALT
BEER BUTT CHICKEN - OPEN A CAN OF BEER AND INSERT IT IN THE CHICKEN'S BUTT THE BEER STEAMS THE CHICKEN AND IT IS VERY TENDER
Thanks everyone! Heading to the store now.
One of my favorites is blackened chicken (you can use cajun seasoning) from the grill on top of lite caesar salad. It is super easy and very good!
Picked up butterfly porkchops. Marinating them with italian dressing.
I hope you take a picture of your meal.
