About Me
Originally I am from Washington, PA. About 30 minutes from Pittsburgh, PA - about 2 from 84 (as in 84 Lumber). For a year I attended Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green Ohio - if anyone ever thinks of going there, stop them immediately. I transferred to the University of Pittsburgh for my other 3 years, where I met my now boyfriend, Troy, and earned a BA in Communications and Rhetoric, a certificate in American Sign Language and a minor in Studio Arts. In 2006 I went to American University in Washington, DC for my Master's in Public Communication; after finishing up courses and my thesis (on Martha Stewart) in the expediated program, I graduated in August of 2007 and started working that same month as a "Marketing Communications Specialist" (read: PR) at a small engineering firm on the Technology Corridor in Rockville, MD. I live on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
