That's right...nine years ago tomorrow morning, at about 5:30am, I opened the door of Rm. 147 at East Peoria's Mark Twain Hotel and screamed at the top of my lungs, "Could you fucking people possibly pick those chairs up instead of dragging them across the fucking floor?! The bride is trying to sleep for Christ's sakes!! GEEZ!!!" Seriously. Ask Pastafarian, the blissfully happy groom on that day, who was behind me snoring life away without a care in the world, just waiting to wake up naturally, put on a tux, say "I do" and be on his way to the bar.
So, happy anniversary, honey! Olive juice!!

I mean really, who in the hell allows their staff to set up for brunch by dragging chairs with metal legs across ceramic tile at five-fucking-thirty in the morning on a Saturday with guest rooms 20 feet away?! Probably why that hotel no longer exists and a Kohl's sits in its place. HA!! 'Night HumzOo!!
