Love you, LGrant!
...that's what Gwendolyn said tonight.

Well, she would've said it...

...if she could have...

...but her mouth (and her lap) was preoccupied at the time.

2) HAHA....couldn't imagine why Angi loves me. Naturally it would be for a good recipe! I think that one is my sister's but I was the one who shared it. I'm glad it has passed on to more generations and is enjoyed so much. Gwendolyn looks like she knows how to enjoy a good beater!!

4) I just made a chocolate chip pound cake this morning! I am trying the same recipe but I am using a lemon cake mix and lemon pudding and omitting the chocolate chips. :)

5) If you like poppy seeds they also work nicely when you do the lemon cake and lemon pudding. Might try a simple glaze of fresh lemon juice (if you have it) and sugar (I think it is 1/3 c. of lemon juice to 2/3 c. of sugar). Put it on the cake while it is hot and it will crystalize and give it a slight crunch. Take some of that lemon zest off the lemon before you juice it and add it to the cake for a fresh lemon addition.
