OK, so the BIG weekend is looming, and it will be the first time that I have left Gwendolyn for more than six hours - of course, I had to leave Galvin a couple of times while pregnant with Gwen...once for a 3-day observation for spotting and again for the c-section stay. Besides, Bill's mom a/k/a Mugga will be here both nights this weekend, and Galvin adores her! Now Gwendolyn, ummmm, not so much, yet. She's warming up, but still has that "stranger danger" thing going on, and anytime Bill or I leave the room, she has a hissy fit.

Anyway, the girls, Kimberly and my sister, Val, are picking me up at noon for the drive to O'Hare, where we'll snatch up Angela from her Northwest flight, then head over to Eaglewood to be greeted with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails and massages. I know, I know, sounds wonderful. Hopefully, after a few margaritas, I'll forget I even have children. HA!
