Speaking of the Fair...

My wife just posted that her dream was to have a Fair food delivery service available. Between her idea and my idea of having a fair stand that will deep fry anything and everything that the customer wants (As long as the customer provides it), I think we'd be rolling in money. Just think. Fried hard boiled eggs on a stick. Fried monkey bread. Fried peaches. Fried banana bread. Mmmmm....

I guess that sounds appetizing but I guess my idea of coke is more a frosty, semi-frozen delight rather than a hot sweet treat. I'm sure someone else would disagree. :)

The fried pineapple spears sound better to me. I love caramelized pineapple. Maybe some warm chocolate syrup would go well with that.
