My Daybook 10/7/08
Outside My Window...it is grey and gloomy. 70% chance of rain today.
I am thinking...that I wish I was at home curled up on the couch with my blanket and book instead of being at work.
I am thankful for...my promotion. It has been the light at the end of the financial tunnel for the past 12 months and I feel like I can finally breathe a little easier.
From the kitchen...not much. Boz works nights and tonight is one of those nights. I don't cook if he is not home. The girls and I do well with grilled cheese and soup.
I am wearing...brown again (as usual?) Brown slacks, brown sweater and my brown Croc sandals. (I did wear a teal shirt yesterday - that's progress, huh?)
I am creating...spreadsheet of accounts and my portion of our monthly report for September.
I am going...to be very excited all day because my new computer is supposed to be delivered today and my new camera will be here tomorrow.
I am reading...Brisignr by Christopher Paolini (Book Three of the Inheritence series)
I am hoping...that Boz gets put on day shift soon. It would make life so much easier.
I am hearing...Crazy by Gnarls Barkley because I listened to it on the way to work and it just keeps running through my head.
Around the house...not much is going on. The house is clean. There is a small amount of laundry to be done.
One of my favorite things...watching Sarah and Dresden run around the back yard acting crazy.
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week: Hook up the new compuer; play around with the new camera; try to get more exercise and work on destressing my life a little bit.
And what does your daybook look like????
