Junk
I have been inspired to write this blog by a comment my BFF left on an earlier blog. People, I love good food. I love it. I love learning how food is cooked, I love hearing about different ingredients, and I love hearing about new recipes. I have gotten so confident in my cooking over the past year that I am starting to try more and more complex recipes. I really love cooking (and once my pregnancy exhaustion subsides even a little bit, I fully intend to start doing it again).

But here is the thing, guys, I have LOTS of guilty food pleasures. I believe I have mentioned in the past that soft pretzels are, by far, one of my top three favorite foods. Maybe even number one. Oh my gosh I love them. I love them!

Also on my list of favorite junk foods is Combos. I love them, too. Sincerely love them. In high school, I used to eat them for lunch (sorry, Mom). Combos and a pop were a road trip staple growing up. In fact, to this day, whenever I am driving somewhere that takes four hours or more to get to, I insist on buying a bag of them. Usually I try to get just a small bag, but every once in a while I will get the big bag. And eat the whole thing. In like an hour. Oh my gosh I love them.

2) I used to eat Combos for lunch too...senior year I'd drive to 7-11 for a bag of combos and a slurpee. Once in awhile I still get them. Love the cheddar cheese pretzel ones, mmmmm.

5) I just saw "Guy's Big Bite" on the FN this weekend, and he made cheddar cheese stuffed soft pretzels. It made me think of you : ).
