Nothing fancy but I couldn't resist adding these bars to my Friday group. My friend, Virginia, and I are going to lunch and I thought I'd make some bars for her to take home with her. The other reason I thought you might like to see these simple lemon bars is to note a "cookie mix" recipe for the bakers who don't like fuss to bake.
